This portal is provided for the convenience of tenants and applicants. While we strive for 100% accuracy, Trinity Valley Way is not liable for technical errors or downtime.

2. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity under your account is deemed your responsibility.

3. Payments

All payments made through the portal are subject to the terms of your signed Lease Agreement. Processing fees may apply depending on the payment method chosen.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the states in which our properties are located (Texas and Ohio).
